Zusammenfassung

Der Social-Media-Bereich hat in den letzten Jahren immer mehr an Potential gewonnen. Der Fokus dieser Arbeit wird speziell auf Facebook gelegt. Diese Plattform gewinnt von Jahr zu Jahr mehr Fans und kann weltweit über 1 Milliarde registrierte Mitglieder verzeichnen. Facebook zählt zu den größten sozialen Netzwerken weltweit. In Österreich weist die Facebook-Gemeinde eine Anzahl von rund 2,8 Millionen registrierten Mitglieder auf. Die Funktionen und Verwendungsmöglichkeiten werden von Monat zu Monat erweitert. So bietet der Riese unter den Social-Media-Plattformen unter anderem die Möglichkeit, die Unternehmen mit Hilfe ihrer Unternehmens-Seiten in ein optimales Licht zu rücken. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Arbeit liegt in der Analyse und Interpretation der kundenorientierten Interaktion. Da es nur sehr wenige Unternehmen gibt, die nicht mit ihren Unternehmens- Seiten auf Facebook vertreten sind, möchte ich mein Thema auf den österreichischen Getränkemarkt und im Detail auf den österreichischen Biermarkt einschränken und deren Unternehmens-Seiten über einen gewissen Zeitraum genau beobachten und analysieren. Da in Österreich, Bier noch immer zu den beliebtesten Getränken zählt, wurde diese interessante und hart umkämpfte Branche gewählt.
Die Unternehmen haben im Social-Media-Bereich die Möglichkeit, die allgemeine Kundenzufriedenheit und die Kundenkommunikation durch persönlichen Kontakt zu steigern. Der Social-Media-Bereich wurde bereits von vielen Unternehmen wahrgenommen. Es gibt einiges an Literatur zum Thema Facebook-Marketing, allerdings kein Rezept dafür was eine erfolgreiche Facebook-Seite ausmacht und wie die Unternehmen dies optimal nutzen können. Durch brancheninterne Vergleiche soll im Zuge dieser Arbeit eine Wertung erarbeitet werden, wodurch ein Rezept für die optimale Vorgehensweise unter anderem innerhalb der Interaktion der Unternehmens-Seiten, resultieren soll. Es werden rund 13 bekannte österreichische Biermarken und deren Unternehmens-Seiten auf Facebook beobachtet und analysiert.
