Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung:
Geschäftsmodelle im E-Commerce gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Unternehmen jeder Größe und Branche versuchen das Internet als neuen Absatzkanal für sich zu nutzen. Schwierig ist jedoch die Einordnung und Systematisierung der einzelnen Geschäftsmodelle. Viele Entwicklungen lassen sich nur schwer in existierende Modelle einordnen. Auf dem Markt der Versandapotheken hat sich nach mehreren Gesetzesänderungen ein reger Versandhandel etabliert. Da es aber kaum Veröffentlichungen gibt die sich mit einer Kombination von Theorie und Praxis befassen soll diese Arbeit einen Beitrag dazu leisten diese Lücke zu schließen.
Ziel meiner Bachelorarbeit soll es sein am Beispiel der Onlineapotheke das 4c-Net.-Buisness-Modell von Wirtz zu beschreiben und zu versuchen die Versandapotheke in dieses Modell einzuordnen. Es soll die Beziehung im B2C-E-Commerce betrachtet werden. Eingegangen werden soll im speziellen auch auf Entwicklungen die sich nicht direkt einem Geschäftsmodell nach Wirtz zuordnen lassen sonder sich dadurch auszeichnen dass sie Bestandteile mehrerer Geschäftsmodelle enthalten. Es soll gezeigt werden wie die einzelnen Bestandteile aus den verschiedenen Geschäftsmodellen zu neuen hybriden Modellen verschmelzen. Des weiteren soll meine Arbeit einen Ausblick in Richtung der zukünftigen Entwicklung im Bereich des Onlinevertriebs von Medikamenten liefern. Hierbei sollen die zukünftigen Erwartungen der Nachfrager und die sich dadurch veränderten Anforderungen an die E-Commerce Geschäftsmodelle erörtert werden. Anschließend soll das Potenzial des Onlinevertriebs von Medikamenten anhand der demographischen Entwicklung verdeutlicht werden. Es soll verdeutlicht werden wie zukunftsbezogen der Markt ist.
Eine zusammenfassende Fragestellung kann daher folgendermaßen lauten:
‘Wie, beziehungsweise, ist die Onlineapotheke in das 4c-Net-Business-Modell nach Wirtz einzuordnen und welche Entwicklungen und Potenziale sind in der Zukunft absehbar?’
Die Arbeit soll eine klare Bestandsaufnahme der bisherigen Entwicklung sowie einen Ausblick in die mittelfristige Zukunft liefern. Es soll dazu beigetragen werden mit zu entwickelnden Geschäftsmodellen gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse der Nachfrager und die Entwicklung des Marktes reagieren zu können.
